• We are offering a preseason conditioning class open to any dancers who want to come and work hard!  This is NOT a dance class, but a class that will be focusing on stretching and strengthening in preparation for our new dance season.
  • The class will meet on TUESDAY evenings (August 5th-26th) from 6:30-7:30pm at the studio.
  • Dancers must wear clothes you can easily move in.  The class can be taken in jazz or ballet shoes, or bare feet. 
  • Dancers need to bring a pair of socks to wear for some of the exercises.  They are also encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and a water bottle.  All other props will be provided.
  • Sign up for all 4 classes at $55 or drop-in at $15/class. *family discount will not be applied to drop-in class rate, only when students sign up for all 4 classes
  • No pre-registration required.  Just show up!
