A&E Open House Performance
November 19th, 2025
What is it?
Bryan City Schools is moving forward with renovating the Arts & Education Building,
scheduled to begin early in 2026. They have decided to give the community the opportunity to have a final walk through of the building before starting this process by demoing the classroom end (south side) of the building. During the open house they are creating plans to have a final basketball game in the gym and performances on the stage. We have been invited to participate and perform on the stage, one more time, prior to the renovations!
When is it?
Wednesday, November 19th
- All dancers need to be dressed and ready to go at 6:45pm. We will meet at the STUDIO.
-
- Parents should drop their child off at the studio and then head over to the A&E to watch the performance.
- At 6:55pm the teachers will walk the students over to the A&E and we will get set in the wings for our performance.
- At 7:00pm we will perform
- After the performance your dancer is free to leave.
- We will still hold all of our regular classes on November 19th. Those that are in class during the performance will walk over and watch the performance then return to class. If your child has class prior to the performance, we suggest they come prepared for the performance, even if it doesn’t meet dress code. If your child has class after the performance, please make sure they return to the studio. We will be finishing up teaching holiday choreography and want to be sure students aren’t missing out on that.
Who can participate?
We are inviting any of our dancers that are interested in participating to participate in this special performance! Dancers that sign up are required to attend all of the rehearsals* and be at the performance. There is a $22 participation fee. This should be paid at the studio by Oct. 11th, and will cover the cost of a t-shirt and hair accessory (for the girls) that will be worn for the performance.
*If your dancer is available for the performance and all but ONE rehearsal, you are still able to sign up. That information will need to be provided to us when you sign up. If they are going to miss more than one rehearsal, unfortunately they will not be allowed to participate.
