In this class we will learn class rules and etiquette, create greater body awareness, develop strength and flexibility, all while exploring movement as a creative outlet. No special attire needed. Socks or bare feet in class.
We do ask that you please plan to have someone stay in the lobby for the first 3 classes to ensure your child is comfortable. After the third class if they are comfortable then you are free to drop them off and come back!
